The Team

The business was started by Johan Dunn and is owned by Johan Dunn & Gretha Dunn. We have a full pastel accounting system managed by Gretha Dunn. We initially started with one vehicle on the road and recently expanded by obtaining two more vehicles. Johan is in charge of the operational side of the business. We have a team of 15 workers who work under supervision.

Business Profile

Property Maintenance Services has been in business for the past 10 years and does all general maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, tiling, laminated flooring, security gates, burglar bars, blinds, cupboards and more! We are a 24 hour operational business, do call outs and offer a 24 hour standby service. We have three vehicles on the road and have supervision at all of our sites. Our main customers are real estate agents (rental division) who manage and maintain their owner’s properties on their behalf. We have a very close relationship with our customers and strive to provide a professional service with a zero comeback tolerance at all times. We are committed to working with our clients to assure that their needs are provided for.
